SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF HIRE
When hiring the hall, please refer to these hiring conditions. These conditions are supplemental to, not a replacement for, the hall’s ordinary conditions of hire.

Please complete the risk assessment for how you will be using the hall.
Please share this information about Participant Behaviour with all attendees prior to your activity. The guidance will make sure everyone has clear expectations about how to use the hall.
ENTERING AND EXITING
This document covers the 'Get in' procedure and the 'Get out' procedure. These are the actions that the hirer or their designated person must follow when setting up an activity and then closing up the hall.
At the start of your event, read the user announcement to all attendees to remind them of the special measures in place.
